SikaFill®-12 Power

High performance acrylic waterproofing with dfx technology and fibers for waterproofing roofs, ceilings and terraces.

SikaFill®-12 Power  is an elastic coating for flexible waterproofing of roofs, decks and terraces. This product has a new improved formula with DFX technology (durability and flexibility), which increases the product’s performance thanks to the action of the styrene-acrylic polymer. In addition, this product is reinforced with polymeric fibers that allow better bridging of cracks in the substrate.

SikaFill®-12 Power Power has a better performance than conventional acrylic waterproofing. Reinforced with fibres that avoid in most cases the use of reinforcing fabric*

• Thanks to its DFX formula, it forms a more sealed film, making it twice as waterproof and maintaining its properties for longer, compared to conventional products.
• Better bridges existing static cracks up to 0.7 mm.
• Polymers give it low fouling properties, which reduces maintenance frequency.
  
  *Use SikaFelt FPP 30 reinforcement fabric in critical areas such as: details, downpipes, construction joints, cracks and changes in direction. The surface where it is applied must not present structural movements.
