Sikalastic®-612 CO is a liquid polyurethane membrane for waterproofing roofs and terraces, which is applied cold (no heat or flame required), with Sika’s new exclusive formulation, which allows the polyurethane to cure even in the presence of rainwater after 15 minutes of application.

• It can be exposed to rainwater after 15 minutes of application without washing away or affecting the product thanks to its new formulation, which consists of the polyurethane’s ability to cure in the presence of water.

• Good adhesion to most substrates.
  

• Fully adhered, continuous waterproofing, eliminating the possibility of water traveling between the membrane and the substrate.

• Easy to apply because it is single-component and does not require special equipment or tools for its application, other than those conventional for applying paints.
